Short introduction.
I am Bruce Wood the new Vice President of the MSA, just thought I would make a brief post for those that do not know me.
I live in the Charlevoix area and have lived here since getting out of the Army as a Flight Engineer on Chinook helicopters in 1987.
One day back in 1968 my Father and I went ice fishing and on the way home we stopped at a snowmobile dealership and he bought a snowmobile and I have pretty much been snowmobiling ever since. Within a month of returning home from the military I bought a new snowmobile and then joined a local club and have been a member of four different snowmobile clubs in our area and am currently a member of the Charlevoix Snowmobile Club and the East Jordan Snowmobilers Inc. I am also a member of the Board of Directors of the Jordan Valley Trails Council having been with the council since before it was the JVTC and was named the Charlevoix County Snowmobile Council. I was president of the Charlevoix Snowmobile Club for over five years and have been the Vice President of the JVTC for most of the last decade. I am married with two adult children and three grandchildren. My involvement with MSA among other things has been as a member of the Board of Directors and then a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors and for the last two years I have been the association Recording Secretary and now Vice President. I guess if I keep typing then it wont qualify as a short introduction so I will stop now.

You'd probably have a blast over my way now a days since that's all there is at Selfridge now (Chinooks and A-10's).

Would love to go for a flight again, loved sitting in the door doing about 150 knots at low level. Also used to be one of the NCO's on the High Altitude Rescue Team that took care of rescues on Mt. McKinley and had memorable times doing landings on the mountain.
